Westhead (the artist persona of Max DiFrisco) joins WIUX in the latest episode of the Live Session & Interview series, which sees him play and talk about some of his favorite songs from the record he released earlier this year, titled 'And Just Like That'. Tune in to learn about DiFrisco's songwriting process, his folk music roots, and to hear his version of 'Like a Summer Thursday' by Townes Van Zandt.
Make sure to go stream Westhead's music and look out for upcoming shows in the Bloomington area. DiFrisco is supported by a constantly growing and evolving group of incredible musicians that elevate his wonderful songwriting even further.
WIUX can't wait to explore this series with more bands in the local music scene. If there's anyone you'd particularly love to see, leave us know in the comments section down below!
