Due to the poor weather expected for Saturday, April 14th, WIUX's Culture Shock Music Festival will be taking place at Rhino's Youth Center (331 S Walnut St, Bloomington, IN 47401) next to the Bloomington bus terminal. The event will still be free and feature a number of vendors and sponsors. Plan to come early as the venue will be full at around 400 people.
