As part of Social Impact Month, Christina Ochoa, Associate Dean for Research and Faculty Affairs and Professor of Law at Maurer School of Law, presented Otra Cosa No Hay, the documentary she directed and produced about environmental issues, mining and multinational corporations in Columbia. Ochoa has a strong background in human rights and activism. Kelley Eskew, Clinical Associate Professor of the Department of Business Law & Ethics, collaborated with the Kelley Institute for Social Impact to bring the documentary to Hodge Hall. Eskew said she sees her platform as an opportunity to educate students about the intersection of business, social responsibility and human rights.
