Father John Misty Covers Ryan Adams Covering Taylor Swift's 1989

In a sarcastic, yet amazing, turn of events J. Tillman covered Ryan Adam's cover of Taylor Swift's album 1989 and released some of the songs to be streamed online from his SoundCloud account. Unlike Ryan Adams, who said that he aims for his album to be in the style of "The Smiths", Father John Misty's iconic album cover art implies that he is going for the style of The Velvet Underground.

We can only hope that this cover-ception (the wonderful musical version of inception) continues on because it gets increasing intricate and thorough.
