You may remember that Triptide's last EP, Colors EP, came out last year in the sunny days of the early summer. You may be fearful you will have to go without their special brand of sunsoaked beach rock, but fear not! The band announced on their Facebook page that this summer would not be missing new Triptides music. They have a new record called Azur coming out in the the coming months. So far the only clue towards the new album from this one time Bloomington - now Los Angeles - band is the album cover (above) which was created by the musician Hybu.
