The Lone Bellow, hailing from Brooklyn, New York, will be at The Bluebird on Monday, Nov. 11 for what should be a fantastic show. The folk-gospel band is touring all around the country, with Newport Folk Festival in July and Carnegie Hall in October being among their more notable stops this year. Their big break came when the Civil Wars contacted frontman Zach Williams of The Lone Bellow to perform as their opening act. Listen to their self-titled debut album, particularly songs “You Never Need Nobody” and “Two Sides of Lonely,” to get a feel for their sound. If you like lots of strings and harmonies, you are in for a treat.
